This role connects with customers, managing leads, and creating opportunities for our sales team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to all inbound leads (calls, internet, email, chat) quickly and professionally
Making outbound calls and follow-ups to unsold and past customers
Setting and confirming appointments for showroom visits and test drives
Keeping our customer tracking systems are clean, updated, and accurate
Re-engaging customers and making sure proper follow up great customer experience
Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences
